Air Côte d'Ivoire Starlink WiFi

Air Côte d'Ivoire has not announced plans to equip its aircraft with Starlink satellite internet. As the national carrier connecting West African destinations with regional and international routes, the airline currently operates without inflight WiFi connectivity on its fleet. Passengers seeking to stay connected during their journey will need to rely on offline content or mobile data where available before departure and after landing. The absence of Starlink reflects broader patterns in African aviation, where inflight connectivity adoption has proceeded more gradually than in North American or European markets. While global carriers have increasingly turned to Starlink for its high-speed, low-latency performance over oceans and remote regions, many airlines serving primarily regional markets have prioritised other operational investments. For Air Côte d'Ivoire passengers, this means the inflight experience remains focused on traditional cabin service rather than digital connectivity. Should Air Côte d'Ivoire eventually pursue a connectivity partnership, Starlink would represent a compelling option given its ability to provide consistent coverage across African airspace and over the Atlantic. The technology has proven particularly attractive to airlines seeking to offer a modern passenger experience without the infrastructure limitations of older satellite systems. For now, travellers on Air Côte d'Ivoire flights should plan accordingly by downloading entertainment, work files, and any necessary travel documents before boarding.
