Cebu Pacific Starlink WiFi: 0 of 80 aircraft equipped

Cebu Pacific announced in July 2026 that it will fit Starlink across its fleet, becoming Southeast Asia's first low-cost carrier to do so. The commitment forms part of a wider deal by Indigo Partners covering Frontier, Wizz Air, Volaris and JetSMART, with more than a thousand aircraft expected to be equipped across the group. Xander Lao, president and chief commercial officer, framed the decision around keeping fares low while meeting an expectation that passengers now treat reliable connectivity as standard rather than as a bonus. Cebu Pacific describes the service as running through a system managed directly by Starlink rather than by the airline. It has not published pricing. No Cebu Pacific aircraft are flying with Starlink today. The first is expected in 2027, and the airline has not given a completion date. This page tracks the rollout as installations begin.
