Alaska Airlines operates flight AS972 between Hilo (ITO) and Long Beach (LGB). This route is typically operated by an A321neo. Based on Alaska Airlines' current Starlink rollout — 17 of 400 aircraft equipped (4% of the fleet) — we estimate a 100% probability that this specific flight is equipped with Starlink satellite WiFi.
No route-specific aircraft evidence needed: A21N is an operator-wide claim covering every A21N aircraft in the fleet (100.0%).

Based on historical aircraft assignments for this day of the week. Actual aircraft may differ.
Prediction (100%) reflects the chance this specific flight has Starlink. No route-specific aircraft evidence needed: A21N is an operator-wide claim covering every A21N aircraft in the fleet (100.0%). A21N coverage (100%) shows how many A21N aircraft have Starlink.
AS972 is used on more than one route, and the aircraft assigned isn't always the same. The score above reflects the best-equipped version, so your flight may differ.

Alaska Airlines uses Starlink satellite WiFi on equipped aircraft. Flight AS972 operates ITO to LGB. Our Starlink probability score for this flight is 100%, based on Alaska Airlines' fleet rollout data and confirmed tail numbers.
The most reliable method is to check your specific tail number after check-in — your boarding pass or the Alaska Airlines app may show the aircraft registration. You can then search that tail number on StarlinkFlights.com. Alternatively, our probability score for flight AS972 is 100% based on current fleet data.
The prediction for AS972 is based on the aircraft actually observed or claimed to operate this route, not a generic fleet-wide guess. No route-specific aircraft evidence needed: A21N is an operator-wide claim covering every A21N aircraft in the fleet (100.0%). A confirmed, dated passenger sighting for this specific flight can override this when one exists.
No prediction can guarantee a specific aircraft. Airlines perform last-minute equipment swaps for maintenance, operational needs, or schedule changes — meaning a Starlink-equipped tail can be replaced by a non-equipped one on the day. A score of 80% or above means historical data strongly favours Starlink on this flight, but it is not a guarantee. For the most reliable information, check the airline's gate display or app on the day of departure.
